We are therefore looking for a Senior Project Manager based in Søborg, Copenhagen. Engineering & Supply (E&S) is a global support organization within Alfa Laval with the purpose of delivering project management and engineering within a wide range of applications and industries. We are a global organization with offices and employees across the world. As Senior Project Manager in the E&S Protein team, you will plan, execute and deliver complex system solution projects based on Alfa Laval’s core technologies within the Protein market for our customers worldwide. Typical projects include engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning of engineered products. Your tasks Plan, execute, deliver, install and commission projects worldwide within the Protein market, Manage projects of higher degrees of complexity and size, Be a role model in following our project management model, Protein Engineering Workflow, other tools and procedures as well as living up to the vision of “World Class Project Management” Deliver projects at or above estimated margin, on time and with right quality by actively involving stakeholders and team members and working proactively with the expectations of the customer, Drive internal development projects focused on development of processes and tools together with the department and management, To a smaller extent, perform project engineering, Function as mentor for new Project Manager colleagues Your background You are most likely educated as Mechanical engineer or equivalent, preferably with experience from protein or other agro-industrial applications, You are an experienced project manager, You are a team player and a good communicator Your work approach is constructive, structured and systematic, You keep a strong perspective and see entirety and solutions, and you are able to make decisions quickly, You are a motivational person with clout English skills at negotiation level (written and verbal).
