Are you an experienced analyst, skilled in defining key indicators and measuring the performance of digital experiences like apps, websites and campaigns? And would you like to pioneer the role in the LEGO Group's global in-house marketing agency to play a key part in shaping our digital roadmap? Set the standards for performance analytics Being part of Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA), your role will be to ensure that key indicators such as down-times, loading-times, etc. are defined, monitored and adequately reported. As an in-house agency, it is vital to us that we measure the technical performance of our digital deliveries on an ongoing basis, to help our internal clients succeed. So, basically your aim will be to help the agency improve on the stability, performance and effectiveness of our deliveries - almost 100 digital LEGO Experiences enjoyed by children of all ages. To do so, you will: Define, setup and analyse KPIs to measure the performance of our various digital experiences Support the producers and product owners in improving their products by providing necessary insights like A/B test results, feature comparisons, etc. Work closely with the global insights team on analytics and general insights into our channels and campaigns, in order to achieve ongoing improvements Create findings and insights for future development and help instill knowledge of performance analytics within CMA A connected community of colleagues In CMA in Billund, you will join the Digital Solutions department with more than 100 colleagues, who are responsible for developing digital marketing and digital product solutions. Solid experience and good communication skills This is a pioneering role that comes with a number of challenges like defining success criteria, measuring necessary KPIs, driving knowledge and understanding of the field, and more. Thus, besides being a great analyst with solid technical understanding, you will need to be a good communicator, who knows how to structure, distribute and present complex findings in a manner understandable to all stakeholders. Your qualifications: Approximately 5 years' experience , working with similar performance analytics that has given you detailed knowledge of how to measure digital experiences With your background, you know how to set up KPIs, tools, tracking methods and so on.
