During the MITAS programme you will undertake three job rotations of eight months, in three different departments, in at least two of our international locations. You will be mentored and supervised by Senior Engineers and in-house experts. Each position will develop & challenge you and our international activities will provide excellent opportunities for working with colleagues from all over the world. The programme combines on the job training with technical courses and business skills development, all within the MITAS framework. Read more on the MITAS programme at: http://www.discovermitas.com Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to take part in the everyday tasks in cooperation with your colleagues. As part of the team, you will take up a full position and be involved in offshore activities like installation of maintenance of meters, handling incidents or taking part in specific projects. As such, all the tasks you will be assigned are part of real projects. The Metering and Allocation team is located in Esbjerg. The metering group provides input from the design of meters, via installation and commissioning, monitoring of the meters and identifying exceptions to ensuring that correct maintenance is done on the meters. The allocation group uses the data from the meters to establish on a daily basis how much oil, gas and water was produced and how much each well (over 300) has contributed. It also makes this information available to the various internal and external customers. The metering and allocation team as such makes sure that the gas and oil volumes sold are measured and reported timely and correctly, together with the volumes that need to be reported to the regulator regarding emissions. You will become familiarised with advanced technology used for measurements and remote monitoring of meters and smart and efficient methods of reporting tailored production information to user groups. You also will take part in trouble shooting activities, for example to identify what has caused the unexpected readings from a specific meter. As such, you will have exposure to a wide range of disciplines and groups inside and outside the company. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: • Monitoring of meters to assess their condition, identification of exceptions and trouble shooting. • Prepare and execute maintenance activities (including reporting and follow up). • Participate in the review and development of maintenance procedures for meters • Contribute to definition of concepts, develop engineering designs, purchase equipment and assist in offshore commissioning for modifications to existing facilities • Review external contractor/c
