Reach our strategic goals about deploying seamlessly integrated user and customer experience The Digital Experience Team develops digital solutions and applications, and provides the implementation of digital content to support as a part of LEGO Education learning solutions in all segments. We set guidelines and defines processes for delivering applications and services across different devices and operating systems, with a focus on a seamless digital delivery framework across the LEGO Education portfolio. As a part of the Digital Experience Team, you are responsible for Quality Assurance and digital deliveries. Quality Assurance involves securing that all LEGO Education digital solutions and solution components meets all guidelines and meets the high quality standard of LEGO Education and the LEGO Group. In addition, you are responsible for the different delivery platforms of LEGO Education digital solution and solution components including both internal and external delivery platforms. This means govern digital processes, procedures, support, and products by working with testing and quality assurance to secure best in class digital solutions. More specifically, you will: Drive the daily operations of LEGO Education digital solution delivery platform LERO. Align data tracking with customer service on digital solution incidents. Support customer service on issues regarding digital solution and solution components. Build and manage relationships between Corporate IT digital platform team and LEGO Education. In general stakeholder management will be a vital part of your function. Enabling every student to succeed LEGO Education delivers playful learning experiences to all school levels, primarily on elementary and middle school. For succeeding in this job it is essential that you: Are attracted to operational tasks and have a proven track record in developing and implementing quality assurance on digital projects. Have good understanding of digital deliveries, experiences and capabilities combined with 3-5 years of experience within the field of experience, QA and digital deliveries. Hold an educational background as IT engineer, computer specialist or similar. Speak and write English proficiently.
