ECCO is looking for an ambitious International Trainee for a Human Resources career track, which is part of our Group Functions division in our headquarters in Southern Denmark. You will work in a global team where the absolute focus is on people. You will work on implementation and support on strategic initiatives in close cooperation with local HR teams. With your degree in HR or organisational development or performance and desire to work with the development of people, you will gain a strong insight and understanding of the business initiatives such as people development, performance management, succession planning and employee retention through better engagement. This will provide you with a solid business knowledge to assume a position within the global Human Resources arena. Job Profile: •Work on people development initiatives •Learn importance of Performance management, incl. follow up with internal stakeholders •Support in succession planning process, concept development etc •Employee retention initiatives, focusing on developing employee engagement •Gain global business knowledge through work in various units and functions •Close cooperation with various teams in the business globally, including Production and Global Sales Qualifications and Work Experience: •A relevant bachelor degree with focus on HR or organisational development/performance •Flair for process implementation and good problem-solving skills •Ambitious and hard-working with an eye for detail •Thrive on challenges; enjoy having many things to do at the same time and in an autonomous role •Quality-oriented and results driven •Ability to meet deadlines •Possess global mind-set •Globally mobile •Knowledge of other languages on top of English language is a distinct advantage We offer: Come walk the world with us!
