Are you our new sure-I-can-optimise-that SAP BW Developers? Solar A/S is looking for two skilled and experienced SAP BW Developers to ensure the continuous implementation of SAP in our organisation. We are looking for one SAP BW Developer to work with Back End and one to work with Front End. Your daily work address will be Industrivej Vest 43, 6600 Vejen Responsibilities and tasks for both jobs You will both be working with estimates, development and tests of Request for Changes. Furthermore, you will have to identify and understand business information needs and convert them into BW solutions. You will be asked to secure documentation (we use SAP Solution Manager) as well as support Lean thinking in Solar. We expect that you have experience working with BW in projects and supporting organisations. As an employee, you work independently, take initiative and responsibility. You are also a team player who likes to share knowledge and you are good at establishing contact and trust in an international organisation. It is important that you understand and respect cultural differences and we expect you to master English in both writing and speech. You should have two+ years of SAP BW experience. Background and Qualifications of Back End role: You know how to model for and use parallelism in load and queries and you have good experience in BW Extractions/Custom Extractors. You will be working with custom BW info providers as well as virtual info providers. You will be asked to create and change process chains, make transformations/DTPs and work with Start/Expert routines. Furthermore, your tasks will include working with performance tuning and Analysis Process Designer. We prefer that you also have knowledge about ABAP and the BW front end tools. Background and Qualifications of Front End role: We expect you to be experienced working with the following BW front end tools: Web Application Designer, Query Designer, BEX Analyzer and SAP BPC. Furthermore, you will need to have knowledge about BOBJ and we would prefer that you also know about the BW back end tools. In this front end role, you need to have knowledge about the BW Authorisations Concept, SAP portal integration and administration for BW.
