Can you take Social Responsibility at the LEGO group to the next level? Can you help us deliver our promise to the planet? As part of the Social Responsibility and Engagement department, you will step into this newly established role and leadership team and head up a small team to develop, deploy and measure our strategic initiatives. You can be based in Billund, Denmark, or London. Your specific tasks include: Orchestrate business planning and help measure our role in inspiring children to learn through play, and our impact on society as a whole. Develop and Manager key strategic partnerships with NGOs and corporations to increase our positive impact on society, secure learnings and to strategically promote our social responsibility agenda. Be the architect of responsibility communication and engagement across stakeholders Identify innovative and effective ways of engaging with and communicating to our key stakeholders, including parents and employees to maintain and reinforce our corporate reputation. Strengthen the non-financial performance management, data governance and processes, innovating and further professionalising the internal and external responsibility reporting Challenges and Opportunities To be successful in this position, you are first and foremost able to develop a strategy with a backing from the business and make sure we execute it. In order to do so, you are a strong communicator, who can facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to go from dialogue to strategy. In this new position, you play a key role in facilitating our planet promise, thus making an impact on the future for the builders of tomorrow.With a broad insight into the global CSR dialogue and industry trends, you will help create a long-term plan to facilitate our leading global role in inspiring children to learn through play as part of our Planet Promise Do you have what it takes? Ideally have 3+ years from a “blue chip” management consultancy or a similar executive strategy support role and/or 3+ years developing and implementing CSR strategies Have a well-stocked tool box to enable an analytical and systematic approach to strategy work and bringing the strategy to life Have solid experience with performance management and always strive to do better Lead through functional excellence, personal charisma and impact to develop your team and motivate them to deliver excellent results and impact Can report non-financial data in a clear, relevant and engaging manner; and you are always looking to improve the quality and impact of our non-financial data and reporting Bringing it to Life “This is an amazing opportunity to join a new leadership team that is excited to make our ambition of having a leading global role real.
