Erfaren butikschef til Renseriet.com Renseriet.com er inde i en rivende udvikling og søger derfor en meget erfaren og moden butikschef til gå foran vores team på ca. 10 medarbejdere. Som butikschef foregår størstedelen af din dagligdag ude i renseriet/vaskeriet. Her er du med til at ekspedere vores kunder og hjælpe vores medarbejdere i deres arbejde. Du vil desuden få lukke/åbne-vagter nogle gange om ugen. I starten er det vigtigt, at du bruger tid på at opbygge et godt kendskab til vores kunder og vores medarbejdere. Der vil hver dag være nye udfordringer med bemanding (vagtplaner/ferieafvikling/oplæring), håndtering af kunder, ordrer og administrative opgaver mm. Det er med til at gøre din dagligdag alsidig og uforudsigelig. Du har opfølgning og sparring med ejeren/direktøren 1-2 gange om måneden, hvor I kan vende udfordringer og du afholder selv møder hver måned med dine medarbejdere. Stillingen er på 37 timer og timerne vil ligge indenfor vores åbningstid mandag-fredag kl. 7-17. Lørdag og søndag har vi lukket. ¨ Hvad kræver det af dig at blive butikschef? Du har god erfaring fra detailbranchen Du har ledererfaring, hvor du har haft ansvar for medarbejderudvikling, ansættelser, osv. Du har desuden en god forståelse for tal. Du taler og skriver dansk Du kan tiltræde stillingen den 1. november 2014 - men efter nærmere aftale gerne før.
