The candidate will report to Head of Construction Support. The Cost-out Program Manager manages horizontally across functions cost-out improvement projects that are reported in the cost-out program, and ensures that cross-project work effort remains on-track. A key ability is to understand technical aspects and realize real world savings What are my responsibilities? Develop and drive the cost-out process and work strategically with targets Ensure cost-out pipeline for the coming years by identifying improvement measures and conducting measure generation workshops Work closely with the measure owners and Commercial Cost-out Managers to deliver quality business cases Challenge measure owners to ensure progress and cost-out as planned Collect and prepare data for reporting purposes Report regular progress and forecasts to OF management Ensure alignment with Cost of Energy office and with Product Costing. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a strong technical background / understanding of the wind business You hold strong commercial/financial insight and understanding You have a proven track record in implementation of sustainable measures Knowledge of OnePumaWeb and top+ methodology You have strong communication skills and ability to gain stakeholder buy in. Furthermore you are able to coordinate and drive measures across functions. In addition, you can communicate status towards senior management and ensure adequate support to cross-functional measures You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
