Be part of the Work Functions Division’s assembly of steering units and motors Danfoss Power Solutions, which is part of the Danfoss group, is a world-class supplier of mobile hydraulics. You will be part of the global business unit Steering & Motors that produces for the mobile hydraulics market. With our hydraulic components, we create innovative solutions, and we work with high complexity and many different unique products that are absolute world-class. Get people responsibility and ensure ongoing improvements As Production Manager you get the day-to-day responsibility of about 130 skilled and unskilled blue-collar workers, and 6 white-collar workers that support the production. You make sure the production flows according to plan, and ensure that the business area lives up to our high targets within safety, quality, delivery, and economy. Part of your role is also to work out budgets for variable and fixed expenses, as well as provide input for the investment budget within your area. Further, you support and ensure continued implementation of DPP (Danfoss Productivity Program) activities, and in close collaboration with the other leaders develop and optimize the department and its processes. Leader with good cooperation expertise •You are an educated Engineer with experience within logistics, assembly, and processing, and you have leadership and production experience, as well as knowledge of TS 16949. •You hold experience with LEAN methods and principles. •You speak and write Danish and English. As a person, you are outgoing, assertive, and possess great communications skills. You see the value of promoting cooperation and well-being within the organization, and you are visible at the production floor, good at prioritizing, and quick at making decisions.
