Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for an IT Supporter for our IT function at our headquarters in Denmark. We Offer An opportunity to become part of an international IT department at MCI’s headquarters in Denmark. The IT team today consists of 4 motivated employees, who are responsible for maintaining and upgrading IT systems and supporting end users within the MCI Group. As IT Supporter you will work closely together with the other HQ functions in Copenhagen and Tinglev and our entities in China and Chile. Key Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be to support our end users and help maintain our IT infrastructure. MCI will introduce Intranet on a SharePoint platform and you will be project support, assisting the organisation with design and implementation. You will also be involved in smaller projects and ad-hoc tasks and will function as the extended arm to the rest of the organisation. Who we are looking for You hold an IT education such as Datanom or similar and have 3+ years of experience. You have experience with Windows 7, Office 2010, SCCM, BitLocker and Outlook. Furthermore solid knowledge of SharePoint is also a requirement. As a person you are structured with a sense for details. You are a team player and service-minded, and you enjoy interacting with colleagues. As you will be part of a global organization, it is a prerequisite that you are fluent in both written and verbal English.
