Open and accessible leadership You will head up our diverse Machine Maintenance function of 40 colleagues who ensure that Production within our Moulding area in Billund has the support needed and the best availability on production equipment. Thus, your primary responsibility will be to lead the employees, being visible and accessible, to give them the best conditions to solve issues and keep production uptime high. In doing so, you: - Ensure focus on safety and environment and employee development - Implement the strategy at the operational level and handle daily operation with the assistance of your team coordinators - Have responsibility for the Machine Maintenance KPI and cost - Secure customer focus and ensure that we deliver on our promises on e.g. quality, breakdowns and injuries - Will be part of a Leadership Team of 3 people Trusted to make decisions You will be trusted to make decisions, do what is right and get things done to the highest possible quality - with compassion, people understanding and honesty. People person with leadership experience To succeed in this position, you need to have a cooperative mind-set and good communication skills, enabling you to build mutual understanding and strong ties with the customer as well as to spar with and motivate your employees. Further, you take pride in helping your employees flourish by developing their skills and personal competencies.
