We are looking for a person with a few years of experience who thrives with coordinating short deadlines and many stakeholders. This is an opportunity to get an end-to-end view of how the LEGO Group supply chain is operated and develop your organisational skills further. Be the link that connects our organisation Your focus will be on generating synergies and collaboration throughout the supply chain by providing an interface between Marketing, Operations and Business Enabling. You have 3 colleagues in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), where you generate and support initiatives that employ coherence in the value-chain and make sure we are consistently moving forward in driving the right actions by being the link between different meetings. More specifically, you: combine administrative work, process-related tasks and own responsibility for projects, giving you a critical role in securing the integration of our different line functions participate in high level meetings, where you coordinate messages between departments and secure coherent follow-up of actions and executions coordinate calendars within S&OP to make sure we are efficient and appointments do not clash Help us achieve our mission of inspiring children At the LEGO Group, we are all about a sense of adventure and wonder and what you can achieve if you really put your heart and soul into it. You most likely: have a university degree and at least 2 years of experience and either a high level of understanding of S&OP or an operational background. Both are an advantage have charisma and strong communicative skills that allow you to engage and work closely with LEGO Stakeholders throughout the organisation speak and write English fluently.
