You will be responsible for the line management of highly skilled pharmacists, engineers and consultants, who work closely with leading pharmaceutical companies to secure regulatory compliance. You will be working in an active and exciting environment at our office in Kalundborg. Your job You will get the opportunity to work in a project-oriented climate supporting our customers and colleagues primarily in Kalundborg. Our projects cover the full range from small revamp projects to high-volume greenfield production facilities. As Manager of the Project Quality Execution department, you will be: •Responsible for management and coaching of employees on a daily basis •Responsible for development of new products and services •Responsible for ensuring close cooperation with our customers and other areas of NNE Pharmaplan •Active in sales activities As Manager of Project Quality Execution in Kalundborg, you will report to the Director of Project Quality Execution. Your qualifications You hold a degree in related areas of engineering or are a pharmacist, and preferably have experience as a consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. You have a proven record of accomplishment in the pharmaceutical or biotech business and a minimum of three years of management experience. You should have solid knowledge about the following: •Quality Planning •FAT/SAT •DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ •EU GMP (Part I + II) and FDA 21 CFR Part 210/211 You have a strong business drive and create results through team efforts, personal commitment, and an open leadership style. You possess good cooperation skills and focus on customer needs and long-term relationships. Moreover, you are fluent in English and know how to communicate your thoughts, goals and ideas both verbally and in writing.
