Then we may have just the right job for you. Haemophilia Clinical Operations is looking for an International Trial Manager Specialist. In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. We work in global project teams, with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients and ultimately benefit society. About the department In Clinical Operations Haemophilia, we are approximately 60 highly skilled and ambitious employees. We are responsible for the planning, execution and finalisation of clinical trial activities in phase 2-4 within our Haemophilia portfolio. You will be part of a team of one clinical project manager, 8 international trial managers, 4 clinical trial administrators all working with the development of N8-GP. We collaborate with external vendors, internal stakeholders and our colleagues in the Novo Nordisk affiliates worldwide. The job As an International Trial Manager Specialist you will lead and drive global clinical trials. You will ensure that trial key deliverables are met in time, at a high quality and within budget by using your extensive project and operational trial management knowledge. You will chair the international study group for which you will plan and conduct team meetings with focus on stakeholders, knowledge sharing and decision making. You are expected to be able to identify better practices and create improvements. You will apply a structured and analytical approach during development of relevant trial documents such as trial protocol, informed consent, recruitment strategies, risk analysis plans, communication plans and trial budgets. The job requires you to be detail-oriented while at the same time maintaining a high level overview. Qualifications You hold a university degree in medical, biological or pharmaceutical science or equivalent and have substantial knowledge and a proven track record of at least 5 years of excellent performance covering all aspects of clinical trial methodology and trial management. You are a dedicated team player who motivates your team to deliver their best in a changing environment. You know how to prioritise between different tasks in a dynamic environment which requires a high degree of flexibility and proactivity. By use of clear communication and strong presentation skills you inspire trust among your colleagues as well as your stakeholders.
