                                 The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany is seeking

                                                             to employ a janitor / caretaker

                                for an initial half-time employment (20 h/week) for the duration of one year.

job description:

•    maintenance of the residence of the Ambassador and embassy buildingincluding gardening

•    carrying out repairs and renovations

•    supervision of other repairs by specialized companies

•    establishing and maintaining contacts to specialized companies

•    procurements and errands

requested qualification:

•    skilled trade and working experience, for example as a plumber, heating fitter, electrician

•    driving license

•    good writing and speaking skills of the Danish as well as the German or the English language

•    excellent team skills and manners, pleasant personality

•    nationality of a EU-member state or holder of a working residence permit in Denmark

The employment contract is in accordance with danish law. The taxation of the monthly payment is regulated by the Taxation Agreement between Germany and Denmark.
