- IT - Denmark - Bagsværd Would you like to play a key role in optimising the IT infrastructure landscape across our strategic global production facilities in Novo Nordisk? We are looking for a senior IT project manager having a proven track record combined with a strong personal drive. About the department Diabetes Finished Products IT (DFP IT) is a support department of six experienced and dedicated employees. The primary role of our department is to support our production facilities in various areas of IT – ranging from strategy development, IT infrastructure optimisation, IT compliance support as well as project management. You will be based in Bagsværd, Denmark and you should expect approx. 20 days of travel per year. You will have ample opportunity for professional sparring and best practice exchanges through a global IT specialist network. The job We seek a dedicated person to focus on improving the IT infrastructure landscape across our production facilities in Denmark and abroad. You will support our production facilities to secure the most optimal infrastructure setup. In addition, you will be managing the IT infrastructure outsourcing agreement covering administrative IT services to our international production facilities. You will be a key resource in driving the IT strategy process covering all our production facilities in our business area. Together with the IT staff on the production facilities you will define the strategy and monitor and manage execution of the strategy. Qualifications Your track record displays vast and successful relevant experience. You have good knowledge of GxP and have solid experience implementing cross-organisational solutions. Any experience with production IT in particular combined with infrastructure and/or IT strategy work is a benefit. Your academic profile is an MSc in Engineering, IT, Economics & Business Administration or similar. Your career has supplied you with a sound business understanding and as such you are able to conduct decisions based on business requirements and in line with the business strategy. The job will require stakeholder management at multiple layers in the organisational. Therefore, it is essential that you possess strong communication and PowerPoint skills. You are reliable, structured and proactive. Presenting your ideas to managers convincingly is no problem for you, and neither is your ability to build a wide and strong network within a major international organisation.
