You will be the main driver of delivering HR support in the Corporate Office. You are responsible for People initiatives such as recruitment, talent management facilitation, organizational development, and transactional processes. You will be the main contact for HR matters for all levels of the organization, strongly supported by our HR Operations team. The role of HR Corporate Office is to deliver People solutions and support covering the full HR value chain to the Carlsberg Corporate Office, in an environment that is truly international with a multi-cultural mix of 300 people both in Copenhagen and in Europe. The environment is highly demanding given the headquarters’ high concentration of senior executives and managers, highly skilled specialists in strategic areas commercial functions. We work on the basis of a true HR business partnering approach which is backed up by an HR operational support. You will be a part of this highly motivated team located at the Carlsberg Corporate Office in Copenhagen, and will report directly into the Vice President HR Corporate Office. The job You will act as single point of contact for people matters and will be a trusted advisor towards the leaders of the organization. You will be delivering a professional, on time support and proactively respond to the organization’s needs. It is essential to have strategic HR experience from a commercially oriented organization. Your role will focus on the functional needs, timing and strategy, but will be firmly anchored in the HR community and its people strategy, processes and tools. The partnering role has stakeholders in many countries and in general has an international perspective. However the primary workplace will be Copenhagen and travel will be very limited. In short you will be working with: •Setting HR agenda and plan for respective function •Partner to business leader, support achievement of business goals through people agenda and processes •Recruitment incl. contract negotiation for local and international hires •Support leaders on Talent and Performance Management •Driving the FTE budget •Facilitate workshops capability development events •Coach leaders on personnel matters •Engagement, MyVoice follow-up and action planning •Leads change management process in respective function •Engage with line managers to create individual development plans, tracking of execution of development plans •Ad hoc operational tasks Your profile You probably have a similar role today in a larger regional or global fast moving consumer goods company and have an in-depth knowledge of supporting an international company staff function. You are proficient in business transformation and change management. You have several years of experience from an HR Business Partner role. Preferably you have international experience and have proven experience working in a corporate headquarter environment. Your HR tool box is extensive and you have a hands-on experience in the practical part of talent management, performance management, recruitment, employment contract negotiations, and management facilitation. Certification in SHL is an advantage but not a requirement. You are capable of supporting international managers and thrive in a multi-cultural environment. You feel confident in working with highly qualified managers at all levels and have a genuine interest in supporting an organization with a strong business acumen and a professional HR approach in order to enhance the financial bottom line. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.. You have a personal drive and capable of keeping the long term perspective even when you work with daily routine assignments. You are outgoing, stakeholder oriented, and good at establishing professional networks.
