Business Center Membranes consists of 110 dedicated employees including production, R&D, business development, sales, support functions and engineering & supply. The position as Business Centre Manager contains two main responsibilities; Global Business Manager for BC Membranes and local Site Manager for AL Nakskov. Global Business Manager Defining growth strategy and delivering according to the business plan Managing organizational matrix and various networks within relevant segments and sales companies Responsible for BC Membranes financial results and reporting Driving Alfa Laval Membrane Product Board Key role in potential M&A and integration activities Site Manager/ Managing Director for AL Nakskov A/S Responsible for the local organization Legal representative of Alfa Laval Nakskov A/S and Member of Alfa Laval Nakskov A/S Board, Responsible for Alfa Laval Nakskov A/S financial results and reporting Contact and responsible for external local stakeholders e.g. authorities, environment, union, local community, local communication etc. Qualifications You are a natural leader who authentically reflects AL leadership with; “Business Acumen”, “Customer Focus”, and “Networking and Influencing The site manager role calls for well-developed competencies within “Leading others”, “Driving and handling Change”, and “Securing Quality” The right candidate has demonstrated business success and brings relevant experience from either Process or Equipment industry, preferably within hygienic/sanitary solutions and components. Engineering or other technical degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in managing and motivating people to achieve results.
