Collaboration Consultant, IT, Bagsværd Are you looking for new challenges in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, you could be our new colleague in the Social, Commiunication and Knowledge Mamagement team that works to create an environment where all zymers easily find relevant colleagues and information, collaborate, make social virtual interactions and turn information and thoughts into knowledge. Your colleagues in the team include project managers, solution architects and lead developers, thus making you part of a truly multidisciplinary unit. We recently launched a new Intranet where we are working with social tools on an enterprise level, and we are off to a flying start with great results already. You will be playing a key role in improving and supporting the way we work with collaboration and knowledge management using SharePoint 2013 sites and social tools (Newsfeed). You will be working with stakeholders in all of Novozymes to help them most effectively manage their needs using the technological opportunities available – for instance by helping to configure SharePoint sites to match the needs of the end users. In addition to consulting work, you will be working with change management for new features, developing training material (face-to-face and eLearning) for new features as well as training business users. You will also be participating in projects where you will ensure that the user perspecitive is in focus when designing and implementing new features, systems, platforms and applications. In this position you need to: •Have extensive front-end experience with SharePoint (preferably SharePoint 2013 or SharePoint Online) support for collaboration and knowledge management •Have good communication and presentation skills •Have the ability to drive a both technology and process oriented agenda with end users and management •Thrive in a world where tasks are varied, and the focus is on supporting and interacting with the business users •Preferably have a Master in IT, Engineering or related field Are you the next Zymer in our team?
