Do you want to be part of a professional procurement organisation, and combine your theoretical knowledge with practical experience and solve challenging tasks in a dynamic and inspiring environment? Join us as Student Assistant in Procurement Excellence. Your primary tasks will be to develop and maintain our e-sourcing system and support our business analyst and procurement specialists in their daily work. You will be based at our office in 'Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area', where you will work approximately 20 hours a week depending on our needs and your study plan. Your key duties will be to •maintain and jointly develop DONG Energy’s e-sourcing tool •conduct training in e-sourcing •support our business analysts on a variety of assignments, primarily analytical tasks. Your qualifications and core competences include that you •are currently studying and have at least two years left before graduating •have strong analytical skills •are a proactive communicator and apply a systematic approach to your assignments •are able to prioritize and can handle several tasks simultaneously •enjoy working in a continuous changing environment •speak and write English fluently.
