Location Valby Organization Name Project Management 2 Professional Area Project Management Department Description Experienced Project Manager for complex EPC cement plant projects - Project Management 2 Brief Description In this challenging position you will be heading complex EPC projects involving multiple stakeholders at all levels. Your overall respsonsibility is to get a cement plant up and running within agreed time, costs and in top quality. You will be working in an international project environment characterised by advanced technology and a focused commercial approach. You will be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and in periods on our construction sites. Detailed Description Significant EPC project responsibility in a global scope You will be responsible for execution of one or more EPC cement plant projects with three-digit million-budget scope. Your focus is to ensure deliverables on time, on budget and with top-class quality. It will be your job to · Ensure right project specifications, optimal staffing, proper guidance and coaching · Ensure proactive follow up on planning, technical and contractual issues · Deliver progress and status reports to the management · Lead, coach, motivate and support your project team · Perform ongoing governance and risk management on projects Working in a global, project-oriented environment, you will have many contacts e.g. to external customers and contractors, internal departments such as engineering and sales. You can look forward to challenging workdays and training that could inspire you to grow personally and professionally in one of Denmark’s major and most experienced project organisations. You can expect 60-120 yearly travel days in connection with visiting customers, sites, contractors and our offices around the world. Job Requirements Engineer with overview and commercial flair You hold a relevant Engineering degree backed by documented and solid experience from working as leading Project Manager at major industrial plants or in large international projects. You bring a high level of commercial understanding, strong negotiating skills and the ability to sample a team and motivate the members to deliver strong results.
