We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to help drive administrative tasks across Corporate Procurement. About the department Novo Nordisk is the global leader among companies that improve the lives of the more than 300 million people who suffer from diabetes. Our corporate headquarter is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, but we have operations all over the world with global hubs located in US, Switzerland, China, Japan and India. We are 120 employees in Corporate Procurement and together with the global organisation, we manage the total external spend of DKK 25 billion. We do this by building strategies and executing improvement projects to optimise the global spend related to, e.g., R&D activities, marketing services, travel, professional advisory services and IT. To do this we collaborate with senior stakeholders at Senior Vice President level and their teams across the organisation. We work fact-based, are dedicated to collaborative problem solving and take active leadership for the initiatives we are involved in. Corporate Procurement is anchored with direct report to the CFO. The job As Procurement Assistant you will join the Business Support department supporting the CVP and the management team. The main tasks are coordination related to global meetings and academies, support to internal recruitment processes, handling of invoices and expenses and maintenance of department binders. Furthermore you are expected to be involved in a number of recurring and ad hoc tasks, while also supporting internal improvement projects tailored to your skills and interests. Qualifications You have completed High School, Business School, or similar, with good grades. You are proficient with both written and spoken English and have a flair for using IT systems including solid experience within MS Office, including Excel.
