- Production Support - Denmark - Hillerød Are you passionate about supporting and execution of complex and challenging projects in a GMP regulated environment? Are you motivated by working in a project where you can follow the product from project to manufacturing? We are looking for two new colleagues, an IT and an Automation supporter to our project group in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) in Hillerød. About the department The job is located in DFP Hillerød where you will be a part of the project group, and at the same time, be very close to the line support group. You will be placed in the IT & Automation team, which main focus is to deliver IT/Automation Solutions and Services. We are a group of experienced employees characterised by team spirit and quality mind-set. The Job You will be responsible for ensuring, that the project will be implemented in our production site, in line with current requirements and in coordination with other projects. You will work in close collaboration with end users, internal system managers, engineering partners and specialists in order to develop optimal IT and Automation solutions. On a daily basis Key word would be documentation - work out and update. Maintain licenses and Service Level Agreements, handling Change Request (CR) cases, A3, work out specifications and updating of existing documents. You will also be responsible for PLC (Allen Bradley), HMI (Allen Bradley), and error correction on lines if breakdown, in order to get it up and running again. Participate in IT/ Automation projects, and responsible for small changes with test and vendor contact as part of the job. Qualifications You have experience with implementation of IT- and Automation Solutions within GxP regulated environments and problem solves systematically. Ideally you have experience with production lines, though we will train you in this. Preferably you hold a B.Sc. degree in IT, automation, engineering or similar combined with some years’ experience working with automation or system implementation. Alternatively you are a technician with a long track record within IT and Automation. Working with and knowledge of following systems are necessary to come in consideration: For Automation support: PLC (Allen Bradley), HMI (Allen Bradley), (RSLogix 5000 and ELAU), SCADA (FIX), MES (PAS-X), WMWare, Windows server, WinXP and 7, IT support: WMWare, Windows server, WinXP and 7, C-MES (Oracle), L-MES (Oracle), FOX (transport system) ERP (Taurus) You are expected to work both independently and in teams. It is necessary to have a sense for details and also ensure an efficient and timely project execution. At the same time, you are able to handle many issues in an always changing environment. As a person you are reliable, structured, proactive, self-driven and team oriented. Finally, you have proficiency in written and spoken English.
