About the department Staffs Finance is part of Corporate Finance and responsible for the financial planning and management of Corporate Development, Finance, Legal and Investor Relations (FLIR) and financial projects across line of business. In Staffs Finance you will be part of a young and dynamic finance team consisting of 7 dedicated team players. Based on our finance partnering mind-set, our overall aim is to provide business impact and support to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business. The job We are looking for a business analyst taking on the role as finance partner for business units in the FLIR organisation. Your primary role is to secure optimal allocation of financial resources in the organisation. You will be managing the financial development within your business units by planning and facilitating the budget process, preparing budget documents, financial reporting and balance scorecard reports to senior management. Furthermore, in order to optimise the financial development within your areas, you will prepare decision support material and ad-hoc analyses for your stakeholders with an opportunity to get involved in projects with the business areas. Qualifications You have completed a relevant master's degree in finance or economics with excellent results. You have strong analytical skills, eye for details, high quality mind-set and proficient in MS Office products. Furthermore, it is important that you have good collaboration and communication skills, including being fluent in written and spoken English as well as being able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
