We are constantly improving by challenging each other and testing new ideas to fuel our success. About the department System Engineering Support is a part of Device R&D located in Hillerød. We define and optimise the development processes for our medical device projects. Other key areas are specification of product requirements, risk management, design verification testing and design validation. We are a dynamic team of 14 highly competent and innovative engineers with a shared passion of ensuring effective design control processes and high quality device testing to the benefit of our patients. The job You will support our device development projects in specifying product requirements and design verification testing of medical devices. You will work closely together with the team of Test Engineers, Equipment Experts and laboratory personnel. Together you will develop test methods and the subsequent test execution, data analysis and documentation of tests. Your working day will be very dynamic, and you will interact with a large range of stakeholder including among others the device projects and quality assurance. We are in the process of broadening the test engineer role to have a more system engineering approach. You will therefore have the opportunity to develop and improve our support to device projects. Look forward to working with a wide range of device development projects. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar and have a systematic and technical flair. It is essential that you possess knowledge of the authorities’ regulations to development and documentation of medical devices or similarly regulated products or industries.If you have experience from an innovative R&D environment and have gained insight within mechanical testing, experiments, data analysis and good documentation practice, it will be a major plus. Either way, you are a quick learner and have a passion for learning new technologies and processes.Navigating among multiple stakeholders in an international and dynamic environment with changing priorities requires solid communication and good interpersonal skill. You are a team player and master the ability to handle and solve numerous tasks simultaneously. Finally you communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.Device R&D has a strong record for on-boarding non-local employees and welcome applicants, who are willing to relocate to Denmark.
