Cleaning Category Leader, Household Care Professional, Bagsvaerd DK Are you looking for a career in a dynamic international environment where you can use your creative and strategic skills to make your mark? If so you could be our new colleague in the Household Care Team. You will take global ownership for our Professional Cleaning marketing and partner activities and be part of the Household Care Marketing Leadership team. Your key areas of responsibility will, amongst others, include; developing and implementing category strategies, setting prices, and negotiating contracts. You will also drive the innovation process for pipeline filling in Global Marketing and ensure alignment with regions and category strategies, as well as launch new products into the market. You will be challenged by a high variety of tasks and by managing a high number of responsibilities simultaneously. One important aspect in being successful in this area is to work closely with R&D to sufficiently understand the technical details and translate them into commercial opportunities, however, a technical background is not a pre-requisite. You will be working closely with other marketing teams and regions, managing many stakeholders and interests are key drivers of success in this position. You know that to get things done, it requires good organization of work and a hands-on working style, and you do that with passion and perseverance. As the job entails working across HQ, regions and functions, great organizational and communication skills are needed as well as a drive to create results. The job will be based out of Denmark (Bagsvaerd) and on local employment terms. You will be reporting to the VP for Global Marketing & Partners. Regional and global travel up to about 20% should be expected. In this position you need to have:•A MSc or BSc (commercial or technical) degree ideally combined with an MBA •5+ years of experience from technical and/or commercial roles, where you have proven your strong business acumen and business development skills •Have project management skills (required); international experience is an advantage and so is experience from the Household Care or professional cleaning industry •An analytical and structured approach to problem solving; you are comfortable working both as part of a team and independently with responsibility for your own tasks. You can handle many tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and a positive attitude also in times of heavy workload •Enjoy working in cross-functional teams with many stakeholders. You have a high level of drive and are motivated by seeing the implementation and results of your work •Good customer centric influencing capabilities since you will need to sell the case to a lot of various internal and external stakeholders Are you the next Zymer in our team?
