Make Infrastructure - Business Management your business Planning- Risk and Compliance (PRC) plan, drive and implement change activities in parallel with day to day handling of Planning, Risk- and Compliance Management, Audit Management and QA activities supporting IT Infrastructure and Operation. It is PRC ambition to take on complex tasks and bring them from idea phase to realisation and in parallel continuously build structures and procedures that gives Infrastructure and Operation management excellent qualitative support. Governance The position we offer As Senior Risk Officer in Infrastructure, Business Manage-ment Office, Planning- Risk & Compliance (PRC) you will be responsible for driving initiatives to ensure prudent IT risk management is performed. You will be involved in IT Risk- and Compliance Management activities where you will drive the initiative implementing and supporting IT Risk Management for the IT Infrastructure and Operations organization. Your main responsibilities will be ? •Be the Process manager and secure implementation and execution of relevant processes supporting IT risk management and continually work to ensure timely and efficient execution. •Secure reporting according to agreement with management. Guide and support the organization to secure reaching required risk process maturity levels. •Be the focal point for decentralized administrative tasks relating to IT risk management and assist the organization to help achieve effective decentralized IT risk management. •Assist the organization with assessment of risks (ad-visory function) •Ensure visibility of process execution, report to management •Communicate with all levels of management to ensure visibility of the risk function. •Quality control of risks. Report findings to management. •Take the lead on executing supplier risk management, ensuring timely risk communication with 3rd party suppliers. You will help the organization in maintaining ethics and risk culture and in managing its operational risks; and to perform tasks to independently control and monitor Risks as well as perform regular and ad hoc reporting on the Risks status to management. Planning- Risk & Compliance is a Nordic organisation, so is this position. Some travel will be required. The qualifications you need Highly Self-driven with strong focus on driving change You should have strong interest in being driver for activities and initiatives and play a central role in driving change as well as support the creation of a great customer experience. As Senior Risk Officer we expect that you possess good communication skills and that you find it interesting and rewarding to work in a cross boarder Nordic organisation. You are flexible and solution oriented, with a focus on quality and deliveries. You are a competent team player who finds it natural to share knowledge and ideas with colleagues and develop your networks both internally and externally. You hold a high working capacity and a solid track record of delivering qualitative solutions on time. It will be beneficial if you have knowledge and preferably practical experience with applying ITIL and COBIT frameworks and as well experience from process development and implementation. Formal certifications in ITIL and or COBIT will be to your advantage. Knowledge or practical experience with risk management standards and frameworks such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, ISO 27005, Risk-IT / Cobit 5 for Risk, Management Of Risk (M_o_R), FAIR and NIST SP 800-30 are furthermore considered an advantage. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, well organized and work systematically Physical location of the position in any of the Nordic Capitals.
