Join DONG Energy and become Management Assistant in our Project Support department, which is part of the Wind Power business unit. Project Support provides dedicated employees to DONG Energy's offshore wind farm projects within the functional areas Time and Resource Management, Risk Management, Change Management and Records Management. Wind Power has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based in our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. Areas of responsibility As Management Assistant in Project Support, you take up a newly created position, assisting our colleagues and management team both in Denmark and abroad with administrative and project-related tasks to ensure an efficient and effective department. You primarily work on administration, planning, coordination, document handling and cross-organisational communication with colleagues. As super user of our in-house systems, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with our standards and processes in order to ensure a high level of quality while meeting all your deadlines. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: .coordinate, start-up and introduce new colleagues to the department and systems .organise and arrange meetings, seminars, workshops and social events .file and distribute documents, manage mailing lists, holiday plans and seating plans .support consultants regarding travel expenses and invoice handling in SAP .coordinate and plan meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meetings and documents and follow up on issues after meetings, as required. Your profile Your background is less important, but we prefer extensive work experience with solid experience from a similar job. You have a systematic approach to your work and are a strong organiser. It is essential that you speak and write Danish and English fluently as we prepare most of our documentation in English and communicate extensively in English. Additionally, you are an expert user of the Microsoft Office programs. We use SAP as our ERP system, Primavera as our planning tool, and Captia Scan Jour and Sharepoint as our document handling systems. If you are not already an experienced user of these systems, we will ensure substantial training. On a personal level, you are motivated by offering support to your colleagues and you have a service-minded, proactive and positive approach to your work. As you will be working independently with varying tasks, you must be able to prioritise and communicate with your colleagues.
