About the department You will be part of Operations Finance team, which is responsible for driving and consolidating financial processes at corporate level for the entire Operations. You will report to the Director of Operations Finance. The job Operations Finance is looking for a Business Controller to be responsible for coordinating all finance processes for one of our Regions. Your primary role is to ensure and safeguard a smooth budgeting and reporting process and content. In addition, you will be responsible for providing reports and financial analysis as support for business decisions, as well as responsible for continuous improvement in all finance related processes and analysis tools and metrics. As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, consolidation and challenge of input from your Region for all balanced scorecard and financial reporting including AB/RE targets and budgets. You will provide support to ensure that sales and costs of each business area are controlled efficiently and relevant processes are completed on time with high quality deliverables, preparing ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations to various senior management stakeholders including the CVP of Corporate Financial Planning, the SVP of Corporate Finance and EVP members and you will play an active role in the ongoing monitoring and analysis of the business performance as well as propose/initiate and follow up on appropriate corrective actions. The position is located in Bagsværd, Denmark, with effective starting date 15 September 2015. Qualifications We are looking for a person with a University degree in Finance or equivalent and 2-3 years relevant work experience. You have a proven track record in budget processes, financial analysis, accounting and reporting. You also possess strong analytical skills, are very proactive and have a sound functional knowledge within controlling. As Business Analyst, it is expected that you have eye for details and demonstrate precision and accuracy in your daily operations, and that you are a flexible communicator with an ability to influence staff at various levels, including senior management. Advanced knowledge of SAP is a plus. You have a quality mind-set, are open-minded and willing to go the extra mile, including travelling in the Region.
