Business Process Expert: Sales Reporting and Execution Sales Execution is one of our key business activities, a Business Capability that determines if we win in market and a Strategic Focus of the company. As part of the Global Design Team, reporting to the Business Process Director you will be responsible for the insight that drives our decision making in this key capability. You will do this through the governance and design of our Processes and Tools. A high performer and natural problem solver, you will Design and Optimise the decision points of our Sales Processes. Identifying data, through the use of Key Figure and Key Performance Indicators you will identify compelling ways to display this insight using of our Sales and Reporting applications. Your business experience will inform others on what and why we doing in Sales. The job Alongside the Business Process Director this is the only other role in the Global Design team for Sales, that’s scope covers all processes. The core of the job is to ensure that decisions in all processes are made accurately, quickly and with the maximum positive business impact. Your responsibilities will focus on field Sales and as such: •The Design and Optimisation of the Carlsberg Process Model •Support on driving the standardisation within your area •Business requirements gathering and evaluation •Evaluating Change Requests •Project Work The Profile Previously in an operational role with in Commercial, or a Process orientated role in Global Design, you are ready for the next step. Creating, Optimising and implementing the Carlsberg Process Model. You will have the analytical skills to identify changes that will impact operating procedure across multiple geographies and roles, and the ability to explain the benefits of doing so. Key Skills required are: • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel •Presenting, Facilitating •Report Design Helpful Experience • Previous experience of Multi-country Transformation projects •Previous experience of Sales Tools, BI, HBI, Datazen & SAP (Useful not mandatory) •Fluent in English •Strong Communication Skills •Business Process Management Experience or Operational Sales Experience.
