The number of people with diabetes is increasing dramatically and therefore we need to build a brand new insulin plant in Hillerød. The new plant will be ready in 2019, employ 450 employees and our goal is to create the world’s best filling plant with the newest technology. We need people with a pioneer spirit who like to build something completely new. About the department A filling facility is dependent on the delivery of very high purity water, steam and process air and the Clean Utilities department is responsible for the equipment and processes that deliver these. The department will consist of approximately 20 people divided into two teams once the manning process has been completed: A Clean Utility team (responsible for all Utility processes) and a Metrology team (responsible for all calibrations on site). In the department we believe that good results are generate by a strong teamwork where we share our ideas and find the best possible solutions together. Your new colleagues will consist of both academics and skilled workers. The job You will be a Clean Utility professional and report to the Associate Manager for the Clean Utility team. Together with the rest of the team you will be responsible for the entire implementation of all clean utility process equipment including purchasing, installation, validation, manning, ramp up and regulatory approvals. The team will work closely with the equipment vendor, the engineering partner and the other teams in the project. Once in operation you will secure that the process equipment within your area of responsibility is fully functional and is ready for inspections and audits at all times. To this end, you will ensure that it operates in full compliance with regulatory standards. You will handle the documentation, including preparation of specification requirements for the users, reports on non-conformities and handling of requests for change of equipment or production processes. You will also conduct the yearly evaluations of the equipment. Qualifications Optimally you hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering and have solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry. Ideally you have experience with Clean Utility or similar process equipment. Newly educated candidates, however, are also welcome to apply.
