Do you drive a high professional level in the payroll team and do you like to share your professional expertise with the team? If so, you could be our new colleague in Payroll. You will be the leader of a team with 3 employees and together you will provide the payroll administration and accounting for Novozymes A/S and our EMEA companies. You will be responsible for monthly salary calculation, payment, accounting, accruals and reconciliation as well as reporting tax, pensions, group life benefits, social security to relevant authorities, including the refund process for sickness and maternity leave. Furthermore, optimizing of Payroll processes, systems and documentation will also be your responsibility. In this position you need to have: Relevant education in accounting or administration (HA, Merkonom etc.) Minimum 5 years of experience in a Payroll department and possibly as payroll responsible Experience with SAP, KMD Nettoløn and Excel is an advantage You have strong accounting skills and you are fluent in English in oral and in writing Are you the next Zymer in our team?
