About the department Insulin Manufacturing 1 (IM1) Business Support Project team are a part of IM1 with a total of 570 people in Kalundborg. Our team consists of project managers and coordinators and we are responsible for portfolio management of projects that improves our facility and processes in both quality and capacity. Our overall challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects in a complex, constantly growing and highly regulated area. We qualify, drive and facilitate the execution and implementation of both small and large investments and strategic projects. The position You will be responsible for improvement projects and managing the project team, suppliers, the steering committee and reference group to ensure engagement, cooperation and results. You will be accountable for cost, timelines and deliverables. You will identify and assess project risks and facilitate senior management’s decisions on project direction and continuation. Your success on the job is highly dependent on your ability to meet and coordinate interests and needs of diverse stakeholders and at the same time handling demanding deadlines. Qualifications As a candidate you have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy, at least 5 years of experience as project manager from the pharmaceutical industry within production or similar fields where you have been responsible for all project phases. You have a high quality mindset and the ability to work systematically with advanced production equipment and production processes. You have a successful track record and documented skills in managing projects and overcoming various unforeseen difficulties. You possess strong cross functional leadership skills, including an ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You must possess personal power to influence others and to retain focus while having a high level of execution. You have good communication skills in English, both orally and written. You are master in Microsoft Office. Engagement and a positive mindset combined with a willingness to make a difference and walk the extra mile are personal competencies needed in order to be a success in this job. You must be able to work both independently as well as within a team.
