Be responsible for service development, sales and deliveries to our customers both in the public and the private sector, ensuring world class application management services within SAP. Use your management skills to develop the business A significant part of your job is to grow our business - both directly with clients and internally. You continually adapt our services and capabilities to our customers’ needs. As one of five in the management team you are responsible for developing and implementing our business strategy and ensuring quality in everything we do. In addition, you participate in sales activities and the design of different offers/bids as well as act as management representative in various delivery tasks. You are able to understand, resolve and explain complex technical and business issues and know how to deliver support to users at all levels of the organization. Use your technology skills to develop the team The SAP Applications Outsourcing area operates internationally for large organizations and you will use your skills and experience in adding value to the process working with both functional specialists and management. Our SAP Application area consists of internationally integrated teams, and you will be leading consultants and setting direction for the development of our services and competencies. You will be part of the SAP Application Outsourcing team Our working environment is characterised by professionalism, innovation and cooperation between approximately 300 dedicated SAP colleagues in Denmark, the Czech Republic and China. We are one of Denmark’s largest and most competent consultancies within SAP; each and every employee takes personal and professional responsibility for the complex solutions we provide. The department is part of NNIT Solutions, which is responsible for advising our clients on business and technology as well as design and implementation of IT solutions and applications. The SAP Application Outsourcing teamprovides application development, maintenance and management on existing systems for some of the largest and most complex SAP environments. Your qualifications and experience You have a strong background and a large network within SAP applications, and you are able to develop the link of existing and new costumers, spreading the awareness of NNIT SAP Application Management services. As an engaged manager you thrive with the possibility of using your specialist skills while at the same time leading people. You have a higher education, and you are used to working in an IT project organization. You have several years of experience in project/application management, team management or business development in the IT industry, preferably from working with an SAP partner. Additionally, you have a flair for economical project management and working with financial goals. The position requires frequent contact with colleagues and clients in different geographical areas and time zones, so you must be flexible, well organized and a good communicator. Last, but not least, you are outgoing and excellent at building relationships in a complex organization as well as communicating with stakeholders at all levels – externally and internally.
