Would you like to build and influence the way we manage risks and portfolio in DONG Exploration and Production? Join us and become Senior Risk & Portfolio Analyst in our Risk & Portfolio function which is responsible for optimising and developing our projects from a portfolio perspective. DONG Exploration & Production is currently rolling out a corporate programme aiming at standardising Risk & Portfolio management approach across all business units in Exploration & Production. Risk & Portfolio is part of Exploration & Production which has 700 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and we have an ambitious strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline. You will be based in our office in Gentofte. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. The Risk & Portfolio function is the focal point in this programme. Our responsibility is to establish and maintain best practices for capturing and aggregating risks and uncertainties in order to improve decision making in Exploration & Production. The concept is primarily based on decision analysis discipline and portfolio management. Thus, we need a strong strategic business analytical profile, proficient within decision analysis modelling and experience with change management processes. You will play an important role in ensuring a successful implementation and in bridging the interfaces between our function and the rest of the Exploration & Production business units (DK, NO, UK etc.). Areas of responsibility As Senior Risk & Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for driving and implementing risk & portfolio analyses for different business units across Exploration & Production. Furthermore, you will become a subject matter expert and a trusted partner for the projects and facilitate implementation of Risk & Portfolio philosophy in the various business units. Thus, it is essential that you can combine your people and Exploration & Production business analytical skills to engage with and motivate our key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Through the different analysis projects, it is expected that you can consolidate learnings in order to implement and continuously develop best practices within Risk and Portfolio Management in Exploration & Production. Also, you will help provide senior management with timely and updated decision basis and overviews of our portfolio and risks. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •plan and facilitate the change management process •facilitate framing, analysis and communicate key findings of relevant Exploration & Production projects – including help formulating strategies for the analysis •be responsible for establishing and maintaining standards for risk & portfolio management •be data and process responsible for our DK Risk & Portfolio register – incl. ensuring that data are collected and in a timely and standardised manner •work closely with different business units to ensure programme success and optimal cross functional collaboration within Risk & Portfolio discipline. Your profile You hold a master's degree in engineering with a business management focus, economics or similar. You have experience in designing and implementing change management processes combined with relevant experience within exploration and production. You have worked with strategic management consulting, investment banking or equivalent. You are proficient within decision analysis modelling and have great mathematical skills. Experience with portfolio analyses and management is an asset. You are excellent with data analysis and skilled within Excel and PowerPoint communication.
