Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S, Engineering & Supply, manufactures and delivers components, process modules and complete systems for power/heat transfer, fresh water generators, water & waste treatment plus food and beverage production worldwide. We are looking for a new Project Manager for exciting projects in a growing department. In this position you will be involved in every stage of a project, from initial quotation to final delivery to our customers. You will be part of a strong team that is working closely together in smaller groups with design, engineering and global delivery of process modules for dewatering of wastewater and other products using a wide range of efficient technologies that help reduce the environmental impact. You will work in an international environment with a large cross-disciplinary interface both internally and externally. Key tasks • Manage project execution on smaller and larger projects • Assist our project engineers with technical support during project execution • Monitor and evaluate projects, incl. deficiency lists, etc. and ensure right delivery on time within budget • Participate in biddings / quotation work • Evaluate/settle specifications of requirements and ensure correct documentation to customers • Technical sales support to customers. The ideal candidate • You already have solid experience working as project manager supplying process modules. • You have a proven track record of successfully executed projects • You have an engineering degree • You possess good verbal and written communication skills in English • You like working in smaller teams and are capable of working as project engineer on you own projects if needed • You thrive working with short deadlines • You can work independently • You work in a structured way and like to follow things through • Experience with international engineering codes and standards such as EN, Machinery Directive, ATEX, ASME is an advantage.
