Therefore, Novo Nordisk has initiated an exciting project to investigate the possibilities to expand production in Hillerød. The project will have a high degree of complexity with lots of cross organizational and global cooperation. To succeed with this ambitious project we need people with a pioneer spirit who like to build something completely new, have a high engagement level and thrive in a constant changing environment. About the department You will become a part of our AP Expansion Project and will be joining the Project Support team in the Business Support Department. Our mission is to support the project as best as we can with whatever it takes. You will be surrounded by talented and dedicated colleagues with whom you can exchange knowledge and further develop as a project planner. The job The job requires a strong understanding of project planning procedures, Project Management (PM) skills, and excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for project planning activities in all phases of this large multi-disciplinary project. You will be responsible to drive the creation of the project time schedules at all levels, you must be able to identify solutions and meet overall requirements on time. You are going to assist in evaluating time schedules and progress reports from sub-suppliers, and you will also be an active support to the project management team. A key player in ensuring the project to executed within time and that GMP requirements are implemented as a seamless part of the planning process. You will also be involved in developing and implementing the procedures and tools that will enhance the department’s ability to support excellent project execution. Qualifications You hold a master´s degree in engineer or similar. You have experience with Project Management, facilitate workshops and you have a minimum of 3–5 years of planning experience from an engineering or manufacturing company, from a similar role within pharmaceutical, biotech, food or chemical industries. You have excellent customer understanding and are proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera. As a person, you are a team player with great communication skills and ability to communicate with different levels in the organization. You are flexible, result-oriented and have a well-structured approach to you work. You have the ability to quickly learn new processes and deliver without compromising quality.
