Head of Direct Sourcing, Sourcing & Global Services, Bagsværd As the global head, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous development of Direct Sourcing through new strategic initiatives as well as executing projects with value for the entire organization. This will entail having close interaction and exposure with multiple functions, e.g. production, quality, and development. You will manage ~25 high performing category managers and buyers located globally at Novozymes’ main sites, and you will be responsible for a significant part of Novozymes’ total spend. You will ensure that the Direct Sourcing department continues to stay at the forefront within the sourcing space, develops new and innovative ways to identify and realize cost reductions and to remain relevant for internal stakeholders. In details this entails, e.g. to manage the on-going implementation of Sievo Project Portfolio platform, support relevant commodity analysis and reporting, lead planned raw material substitution projects, and set up the new NZ supplier tolling process. In this position you need to have: -Relevant commercial or technical master degree -5+ years of relevant experience from a global company or/and tier-1 management consulting company -Demonstrated leadership of global teams -A commercial mindset and broad business understanding -Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills Are you the next Zymer in our team?
