About the department As employer brand manager, you will join the employer branding and digital acceleration team which is part of corporate talent attraction. In corporate talent attraction, we have a variety of backgrounds (HR, communication, marketing and IT) and use our skills to create high impact and scalable solutions in the area of employer branding, digital acceleration, campaign execution, talent search, recruitment effectiveness and on-boarding. Our main goal is to enable line of business in Novo Nordisk to engage, attract, recruit and on-board key talent. We serve as a global centre of excellence for colleagues around the world to help them address their specific challenges and needs in the area of talent attraction. The position Your main job will be to drive the global employer branding strategy, create engaging content on our social media channels and increase employee advocacy. We have a great opportunity to activate more than 40,000 colleagues around the world and inspire them to take part in our efforts and you will be the change catalyst who will make this happen. There are so many amazing stories residing within Novo Nordisk and we would like to see you bring them to life and thereby further leverage our life-changing careers employer value proposition. You will use your expertise and knowledge to recommend and implement strategies together with the different business areas and affiliates and raise the bar when it comes to using new innovative approaches for talent attraction. Finally you will be collaborating closely with other internal communities of excellence in corporate communications and global marketing to fully leverage the employer branding potential while keeping track of external trends and development. QualificationsYou have a relevant academic degree and more than five years of experience managing brands and digital communities. You have worked as project lead within branding or marketing in an international organisation where you have demonstrated the ability to navigate among multiple stakeholders. You have strong project- and change management skills, an analytical data-driven mind-set and the ability to transform strategy into actions. You’re a digital native with next generation communication skills that both influence and inspire people. Networking comes easy to you and you’re able to catch a great story when you see it. You are fluent in English, any other languages is an advantage.
