About the department Management Support provides executive and administrative support to the Business Assurance management team. This includes running management processes such as strategy, organisational development, budget planning and quality management. Business Assurance’ primary responsibility is to safeguard the Novo Nordisk Way and license to operate within business ethics, IT and financial compliance. The purpose is achieved by driving integrated, efficient and value adding assurance activities around the globe. The job as a Business Analyst gives you a good insight into the assurance function, and you are able to develop your analytical and communication skills enabling strong development opportunities in Novo Nordisk. As your development is important to us, training and individual development plans are key tools to help you in your personal and professional development. The job involves a wide range of assignments from administration over process optimisation and analysis support to event management. Your responsibilities include quality management in Business Assurance, supporting management with reports and presentations, planning and execution of seminars and team events, as well as internal communication. Qualifications You are a recent Master graduate from a University or Business School, preferably within the field of Economics or Business Administration, and you are interested in delivering high quality performance in one of your first jobs. High performance will be rewarded by development in the job along with possibilities for moving on to other interesting jobs within Novo Nordisk after a few years. It is required that you speak and write English fluently. Other key personal qualifications include open mindedness, team player characteristics, high level of energy, quality focus, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
