Nordea Capital Markets IT is searching for a self-driven, well-structured and analytical student employee to assist the team lead and the team with coordination and administration tasks. The CRM & BI sales team is a young and international team of appr. 20 employees located in the 4 Nordic capitals and Gdansk in Poland. The team’s strenght lies a.o. in their strong expetise within being Net-IT Developers as well as IT Analysts. The team’s main responsibility is to develop and maintain IT applications, which are used by Nordea Markets sales managers and traders relationship managers. Focus on understanding the customer needs, to deliver outstanding service and support and show flexibility as well as expertise is core for the team. In detail, the CRM & BI Sales team is responsible for developing and maintaining the Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with the QlikView-tool as well as the Customer Relationship System for Capital Markets. The position we offer As a team assistant in CRM & BI Sales team, you will have your own specific tasks, such as working with statistics, excel, IT-related information, PowerPoint presentations, various administrative and economic related tasks. More concretely, you will be responsible for: - Organising and administrating booking of meeting rooms, approving of invoices, ordering IT devices, holiday planning etc. - Updating budgets and other lists - Coordinating aspects of projects - Conducting basic research and analysis - Proof-read presentations a. o. - Participating at and taking minutes of meetings – writing summaries - Other administrative ad-hoc tasks Depending on your competencies and development you with the time might be given more and more responsibility to coordinate projects on your own.
