Key responsibilities: •Preparing and managing the business survey, ensuring the business survey is conducted smoothly and efficiently (in the project and local office) •Programming and creating the survey resource, coordinate internal and external parties (agent, subcontractor, project team and customer) •Obtaining necessary resources as demanded •Offering efficient training to subcontractors •Handling complaints of correlative survey problems (including wrong shipment), analysis of complaints, implementation of improvement proposal and tracking the updated improvement •Making TSSR(Technical Site Survey Report) Template for Subcons according to actual project site solution and Reviewing the survey reports submitted from Subcons in time and recording the feedback of problem •Tracking and solving the survey problem •Reviewing engineering drawing (AutoCAD) such as floor layout, equipment layout, single line diagram, bay face and cable routing layout etc. •Making the Material List based on the submitted TSSR from Subcons and upload the relevant material list to internal system for shipment. •Cooperation with project team and department staff members Reporting line: As an Engineering Survey and Design Engineer you will be reporting to the Service Director Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related fields •Familiar with telecom main products, basic knowledge on Wireless Network (GSM, GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA), Fixed Network (Narrowband Switching, Datacom, Broadband), Transmission Network (DWDM, SDH, PDH), Service and Software (WIN, SMSC, MMS, Value-Added) or Auxiliary Facilities (Power System, Battery, UPS, Inverter, MDF, DDF, ODF) will be strongly preferred •Familiar with telecom civil works, such as antenna pole/tower construction, foundation construction will be strongly preferred •2 - 3 years experience in Telecom Engineering is compulsory •Good understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and Network Diagram which is created / designed by marketing section •Senior project management skills •Excellent spirit of offering good services to the customer •Good sense of cooperation with project team members •Distinguishing communications skills •Friendly, open-minded, motivated, and responsible •Reliable skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD •Excellent speaking, writing and reading skills in Danish and English •Willingness to travel throughout the whole Danish and overseas •Driving license Closing date: 31 December 2013 About Huawei Huawei is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider.
