Therefore, Novo Nordisk has initiated an exciting project to investigate the possibilities to expand production in Hillerød. The project will have a high degree of complexity with lots of cross organizational and global cooperation. To succeed with this ambitious project we need people with a pioneer spirit who like to build something completely new, have a high engagement level and thrive in a constant changing environment. About the department You will be anchored in the IT and Automation team and can look forward to joining a highly dedicated project team. Together with the team, you will be accountable for the implementation of the infrastructure solutions in the new factory. The job As IT Infrastructure Engineer you report directly to the Head of IT and Automation. It is your job to design the new IT infrastructure, hereunder network, server platform and storage, across the new factory and ensure High Availability Solutions in alignment with the IT direction. Your primary responsibilities include development of User Requirement Specification (URS) and qualification and validation of equipment. You will be working in close collaboration with the different equipment responsible(s) and project managers in order to define the middleware platform (database). Furthermore, you will be involved in the integration of equipment to PAS-X. It is crucial that you are able to collaborate and work at a high professional level, both internally and externally. You are expected to work both independently and in teams. It is necessary that you have a sense for details and also can ensure an efficient and timely project execution. Qualifications You hold a Master degree in IT, engineering or similar combined with two to five years of working experience within some or all of these areas: IT infrastructure, solution design and implementation, systems integration and automation projects. You have experience with VMWare, Microsoft (Windows and AD), SAN, network solutions and VLAN and preferable SQL Server or Oracle. Finally, you must prove a strong flair for documentation and communication of solution design in a team. Your attention to detail and clear understanding of the business and its future ensure that all tasks are handled appropriately and at the right time. Demonstrating strong communication skills, you are able to work across functions and borders and at all levels of the organisation. We expect that you are fluent in English.
