As an Organisation and Development partner you will ensure a high level of data integrity and process efficiency within and across all Operation & Maintenance organisations. Help shape new business opportunities You will be based in Valby, Denmark and join the Organisation and Development team part of FLSmidth's Operation & Maintenance (O&M) business unit. You will be in charge of setting up tools and procedures related to collection and processing of data that can provide insight about our Operations Sites (currently located in Africa and Middle East) to our management team. As part of this responsibility you will have to make sure that the analysis and reporting of data is executed in a concise and well-documented manner. More specifically, you will be responsible for: O&M Organisation compensation & benefits · Salary Benchmarking - ensuring O&M Project Labour Market Competativness (Mercer) · HR Infrastructure - Hay/ Mercer Grading of Jobs · Cash Incentive Programme (STIP) - review the effectivness of the bonus programm · Optimisation and update of the Insurance agreeement for the international staff (Gouda) HR data and reporting · The Monthly Global HR Data Reporting Tool (excel) (Group) · KPIs documentation · Organisation overview tool Communication and collaboration · Developing a common information platform - to ensure O&M projects & Valby can work in the same space to maximise information sharing Data oriented organisation development specialist · You hold a master's degree in HR or Business Administration combined with about 2 years of experience within a international inhouse HR team · Excellent Excel and Office Suite skills as well as experience in working with tableau are necessary · Good knowledge of Mercer as well as tableau is necessary · Proficiency in English, Danish, Arabic or French would also be plus · You are willing to travel between 20-40 days per year As a person, you are proactive, entreprenenuerial and solution oriented.
