Clinical Systems Management, consisting of 40 functional system supporters, is responsible for support to users and super users, development of processes and systems that Novo Nordisk use for collecting and processing data for our clinical trials. Our department is working closely with internal as well as external partners. The job Your role as VP Assistant, reporting to the Vice President of CSM, includes a broad spectrum of tasks. You will act as personal assistant to the VP, prepare and control IT budgets, arrange and prepare meetings and presentations and execute general office management – also sharing tasks with the other department assistants in the Assistant team. As VP Assistant you will be supporting managerial tasks and budget follow-up. As VP Assistant in CSM we offer you an exciting job in a global environment where challenges are a natural part of our daily work. You will be part of a broader forum of VP assistants ensuring knowledge sharing and support in your daily tasks and also the possibility to take part in cross unit work assignments. Qualifications The ideal VP Assistant in CSM has a service-minded personality and a “can-do” attitude. You have a flair for numbers, IT and have experience with planning and controlling of budgets. You have excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to collaborate, and you adapt easily to a changing environment and shifting demands, and you are eager to contribute to the continuous development of the department. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, take responsibility and are capable of maintaining an overview when under pressure. You have a high level of flexibility, independence and initiative as well as a quality mind-set. You are fluent in English and have excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and preferable knowledge of SAP.
