Would it motivate you to develop and improve quality processes in a dynamic “production” environment while systems are kept stable and services are kept running? Then you could be the Quality Consultant we are looking for in Danfoss Distribution Services. We are distributing and packaging a variety of solutions and products to Danfoss’ customers around the globe. You will play a central role in developing and maintaining our existing quality systems (ISO9001/TS16949) and simultaneously run project management in connection with global QMS implementation at new sites. You will enter into a cross-disciplinary work function in an engaged and proud division. For the right profile there will be ample opportunity for personal and professional development. Generally, you will be working out of our office in Rødekro but also have activities in our different Global locations. Quality management, training and support As our Quality Consultant your overall mission will be to develop and maintain our existing quality systems in accordance with ISO9001/TS16949 standards. Thus, you will be the key player who monitors quality performance, suggests quality initiatives towards operations and secures that corrective actions are implemented. With your well-developed business know-how and communications skills we further rely on you to train and coach our organisation in applying quality tools and support other Danfoss Divisions to be compliant with TS16949. Further responsibilities will be to: •Work on systematic failure prevention projects – Six Sigma (BB) •Plan and perform internal and external audits •Create management report for management review •Avoid nonconformities from audits Business-oriented, self-supporting and solid quality management experience You either hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within production or mechanical engineering and/or have solid working experience managing quality management systems. Your professional drive and general business sense gives you a natural authority and ability to act independently on your tasks. You are comfortable with undertaking ongoing projects and initiatives and your goal-oriented personality ensures that the activities you are executing are being completed. As you will be working with a variety of different stakeholders across our organisation it is crucial that you have sound interpersonal and cooperative skills and that you are easy to understand in speech and writing. Finally, your English skills are strong and you are able to make your quality management talent count in a global context.
