You will play an important role on our progressing journey towards a multi site setup with Mould Planning departments in Billund, China, Hungary, and Mexico. Head a team of 6 dedicated planners and purchasers Your overall objective is to ensure that our +800 moulds per year are in the right place at the right time and in the right quality. You will head 6 skilled planners and purchasers in our administrative team that is responsible for capacity & demand, progress according to agreed frames, and the financial transactions in the operation with our external suppliers. In overview your primary tasks cover to: - Lead, motivate and develop your team in a rapidly changing environment - Manage the entire mould portfolio including coordination with design and manufacturing - Handle and optimise capacity and demand processes based on LEAN principles - Manage external suppliers - time, quality and cost - Educate and train external suppliers as well as internal partners - Ensure ongoing process and systems optimisations based on LEAN principles and global vision Join us and reach ambitious goals When joining the LEGO Group, you are trusted to make decisions, do what is right and get things done at the highest possible quality.
