Job information As Network Manager, your primary task will be to match senior executives having similar positions in different large multinational companies and recruit them into our experience-sharing groups of 20-25 peers. You will work in close collaboration with the Country Manager, the Chairs and the member service and be part of a team of very professional, respectful and helpful colleagues. Location: Svendborg (DK) or Brussels (B). Qualifications - Minimum 10 years’ work experience from different large multinational companies; - Good business understanding; - Experience from previous positions in Business Development, B2B Sales, Executive Search and/or Leadership Assessment; - Experience contacting top level executives e.g. CEOs, HR-Directors, Chief Financial Officers from large companies; - Excellent oral and written English communication skills, French and/or Dutch is a clear advantage; - Good at prospection, dialogue, closing and member care; - As a person, you are client-centered, structured, result-oriented and used to work autonomously. You are patient, persistent and creative as our members are very busy, travel a lot and can be difficult to reach.
