If the answer is yes then you could be our new colleague in Local Manufacturing IO Projects QA (LMIOP QA) and the Assembly Program Project. About the department LMIOP QA is a newly established department and is part of Devices & Supply Chain in Product Supply, Novo Nordisk. LMIOP QA is responsible for quality assurance of Novo Nordisk’s local manufacturing projects. The primary role of LMIOP QA is to deliver QA support to the establishment of new production sites in countries where local presence is required in order to obtain market access. These production sites are among others driven out of LMIOP’s Project and Assembly Project departments. The job is located in Bagsværd, Denmark, however a high degree of the job will be handled abroad and during certain periods of the project it is expected that the position holder works from Russia, Iran or Algeria as his/her base. Things move fast in our unit, and the daily operation is dependent on cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. The position The objective of the position is to ensure establishment and operationalization of the quality organisation and the quality management system for assembly and packaging operations in Russia, Iran and Algeria. As QA project manager you will be responsible for the quality assurance part of project progress and execution. The position holder has to ensure that strong local QA organisations are being developed. He/she is responsible for setting the direction and managing the QA part of the project. The position holder has to build Novo Nordisk quality and compliance culture and ensure progress on the quality work packages according to budget and schedule for the projects. The position ensures uniform policies/procedures/standards/processes/systems are implemented and adhered to of LMIOP assembly sites based on Novo Nordisk and industry best practice standards. The positon holder will define and train the QA organisation to execute the project and to ensure transition into effective and compliant operation, by acting as support and supervisor. Building quality mind-set and culture is an important part of the position. The job requires the ability to oversee and manage highly complex projects in an international and often cultural and politically challenging environment. A high degree of the job is being handled abroad and it is a must that the position holder has the ability to work and manage himself/herself in a country with strong cultural traditions and boundaries. Strong cross-functional leadership skills are required and an ability to set direction, drive strategies, engage and energize employees. The position will be part of the organisational set-up in LMIOP DK with extensive travels to Russia, Iran and Algeria and expatriation during certain periods of the projects. Qualifications You hold as a minimum an academic degree at MSc. level within Pharmacy, Engineering or comparable. You can document a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working with production, quality assurance and establishment of quality management systems and quality assurance organisations within pharmaceutical manufacturing. You can also document a minimum of 10 years of multidisciplinary experience and project/managerial responsibilities in quality assurance, manufacturing or manufacturing development.
